what is cardio kickboxing?
First of all, what is cardio kickboxing?! Cardio Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. It helps build stamina, improve coordination + flexibility, burn calories, shred unhealthy fat and build lean muscle! we will be learning beginner kickboxing techniques working with bags + pads, working with light weights, and doing full body workouts! (beginner level)

WHAT DO I NEED TO JOIN THESE CLASSES?
The only thing I need my kick -boxers to have is a beast mode attitude! you can be any fitness level, any size, any age, just be ready to work!

WHERE AND WHEN ARE THESE CLASSES?

I will be teaching these classes at a martial arts studio in Mechanicsville Virginia! near the Henrico/Richmond areas! they will start Sunday, July 8th and will take place on
SUNDAYS- 6-7PM, MONDAYS- 8-9PM and WEDNESDAYS 8-9PM.
WHAT DO THEY COST?
I have made getting in shape fun AND affordable! these classes are only $10.00 per session if you come 3 days a week, and $12.00 per session if you drop in! I also have student/teacher discounts and services! (contact me for more details) everyones first workout is 50% OFF!  if you don't come, you don't pay! but when you do come for class you pay at the desk! either with cash, or card. its that simple! there will be a ONE time fee of $75.00 to pay for your gloves, your own pair of dumbbells and your t shirt. I am responsible for getting all of your equipment, I do the hard work for you!
