About me/"I AM" - Fitness
So here I am in 2018 about to post my first blog. You gotta start somewhere, right? (lol) I started my fitness journey in highschool. meanwhile I was working two full time jobs, in school full time of course, running track ALL year round- from cross country, to indoor, to outdoor, every meet, I was there. I was also in a time consuming program earning my CNA license. needless to say, thats where I learned self motivation.
I didn't come from a great background. In fact it was quite rough, so I always wanted to keep myself busy and out of trouble. I told myself "I have to find the good habits before the bad ones find me". and thats what I did with fitness. I fell in love with every aspect of it. After 5 years of gaining knowledge and experience in that particular area, here I am. helping others achieve their fitness goals through "I AM" - Fitness!
What exactly is IAF? IAF is a company that provides information, programs, and daily motivation to those who want to reach any kind of fitness goal. wether its weight loss, to lean out, gain more weight, or simply live a healthier life through diet and exercise! So what comes with these programs? these exercise programs and meal plans are tailored to fit your exact needs. I have demonstrations of me doing EVERY exercise so you know what your form should look like. I have designed a 10 page nutrition guide including a lot of great information, a FULL 3-4 page guide on how to track macronutrients (carbs, proteins, fats.), a grocery list, portions/recipes, and UNLIMITED support/coaching from me.
Why do I want to do this? its more than just helping people. I want my clients to FIND their inner beast. we ALL have one, but have we went through something to pull it out of us? maybe not. Thats what I'm here for. I want you to be exposed to the BEST version of you and NEVER look back at the average you. this is more than just losing 5 pounds of belly fat, this is a lifestyle change. This is a better you.
I am so excited to start the new year accomplishing goals and helping others to do the same!
